Short description of error
Added a mesh and deleted the faces, converted to a curve then again to greasepencil, enabled the fill option to create a grease pencil cube. Fill doesn't work properly.

all default meshes don't fill properly when converted to a curve then greasepencil.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Add Cube --> Edit mode -->delete only faces --> convert to --> Curve from Mesh/text -->convert to --> grease pencil from curve --> material properties -->New --> surface-->enable fill--> Doesn't fill the 6 sides, it's a deformed fill.

Don't think this can be considered a bug, just a Know Limitation. Really, these tools are not designed to do this.

The conversion from curves to grease pencil is not done by faces or any other information, just curves. I have tested, and after the conversion you get 4 strokes.

If you test the first step when the mesh is converted to curves, you will see 4 curve segments (splines) too.

As you can see, the filling by faces is impossible. If you want faces, you must convert face by face.
