Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Reset the theme or pick a different theme and it will show wrong colors
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Switch to light theme
Or reset the default theme

Can confirm here as well with the default theme.

Edit: Custom themes are affected too.
I can't connect nodes and opening older file all nodes are disconnected.

@TomG nodes are/do connect, it's just that the lines are transparent
All themes are messed up. I even tried a few themes from here to no avail: https://devtalk.blender.org/t/call-for-content-themes/

Possibly caused by

Going back to an older build(
e3f89237fe), I had the messed up theme until reset fixed it. Don't know if it means anything...aaaaaaand I don't see it now, on

This appears to be resolved in the latest Windows build. What caused this I don't know.
