Short description of error
Some letters disappear in the UI, when I change to "Shading" environment. Sometimes it takes awhile to happen, other times it's right away.
Even though the machine I'm using it right now is not the best for Blender, I would expect a freezing, lag or some sort of memory error. However, I'm still able to work and do everything, as long as I remember where the options are.
Once I restart Blender, everything goes back to normal.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
In order to reproduce the error, a system emulation is needed. (Probably)
It happens with any file.
I'm using cycle renderer
Live rendering in the viewport

@guilhermenunes09 could you try to switch your GPU in the setting to Intel and then test again?

In preferences it says "No compatible GPUs found for path tracing Cycles will render on the CPU"
I will do some more tests, but I think it normally happens when I add the node "Image Texture" and select an image
I mean, the system preferences in OSX .
Go to the Apple menu and choose “System Preferences” and then go to “Energy” control panel and uncheck the box next to “Automatic graphics switching”.
I just did, and the same problem happened. I also restarted the computer to make sure
Update: Figured out it happens even without adding nodes, I just need to move things around in the viewport, even if it's just a few cubes

This is an old graphics card that NVIDIA no longer provides updates for.
My suggestion is to update to the latest driver possible, a quick google search brought up https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/156780/en-us
Other then that there is nothing we can do to fix this, there is a bug in the Driver and not in Blender.

This graphics card model is over 10 years old, Blender's system requirements states that hardware should be under 10 years old.
Closing.
Thank you for closing the topic.
I'm not sure how the graphics card could affect the User Interface though, that's why I opened this task. I would expect another type of glitch. Thank you.
