Still problems with smoke/fire simulation and rendering in Eevee and Cycles

Windows 10 Pro, 64 GB RAM
AMD Ryzen 9 3900X (12x 3.8 GHz), MSI X570 Unify
GeForce RTX 2070 Super 8 GB, NVIDIA driver version 431.86 (Studio)

Blender Version
Broken: 2.81a Release (and all after)
Worked: 2.79

Short description of error
Quick effect, smoke simulation does not render in Eevee and Cycles, while it shows up in view port and animation is baked and entire project is saved.
Only "Workbench" render engine renders the view port. This problem was not present until 2.80 release.

View port with animation: OK

Eevee Render: NOT OK

Changing view port shading: NOT OK

Cycles Render: NOT OK

Workbench Render: OK

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
To reproduce this bug it is best to download this file and just try to render in Eevee or Cycles:

I am not sure what exactly are you reporting.
When I open new file, I add quick smoke to cube, bake and render it works OK.

In file https://www.miikahweb.com/other/blender/fire_pillar.blend smoke domain has no volume shader, so it won't render in eevee or cycles as smoke.
