Short description of error
when i open second blender with another project the first blender crashes

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
[Please describe the exact steps needed to reproduce the issue]
[Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible)]

Event Timeline

Does it give you a warning about saving the project ?

No any warings. Two blenders are just waiting for the next one to load the project through. And as soon as the project loads, the pre-opened blender drops immediately.

This is likely caused by limited system resources.

  • Does this happen with Blender's default startup file?
  • Does this happen when the project is simplified?
  • Does this happen in previous releases?

I've just tried different options.

  1. With default startup file it is fine
  2. It doesn't happen when the project is simplified
  3. It doesn't happen in previous releases. In Beta everything worked fine

Just to make sure, an edited* default startup file, right ? *:just clicking in viewport makes it so.

yes, I've edited startup file. Bleder doesn't crash with it. I've just finded out when I disable some layers (pressed the exclude from View Layer) and this simplifies the scene blender is stable
