Worked: (optional)

Addon Information
Name: Edit Linked Library (0, 9, 1)
Author: Jason van Gumster (Fweeb), Bassam Kurdali, Pablo Vazquez, Rainer Trummer

I have a scene in which I have multiple linked libraries that I created proxies for their rigs, some of the bones in which have been constrained to others in the original source blends. I transformed the bones of one of the proxied rigs after linking the source file. Every constraint I had set up in the source file came in and functioned just fine. I selected one of the linked objects and used the addon to edit a few things including the names of some of the bones. The addon opened the source file, I made the changes and tested if everything was ok, Then right after I hit the button to return to the original file, I found that every transform manipulation I made to the linked library were nullified and returned to their default state and all the constraints which came in fine after the proxy was initially created disappeared completely.

What gives??
