Delete Branch "%!s(<nil>)"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Activate Copy Attributes Menu (space_view3d_copy_attributes.py)
Now, when you use the Manipulator-Arrows the Attributes Menu popping up.

I can't redo this, it looks like you have other add-ons enabled too.
Please try this with factory settings, besides enabling the addon.

I had written that I tried the factory settings.
Just now I tried a fresh new build from today, of course again with factory settings (819af2094b21 Win 64 Bit).
Do exactly the same thing.
The Copy Attributes Menu always pops up.

I found the guilty one.
It is a little translator utility called QTranslate.

If I close the Program, everything works as expected.
