Cloth Brush results are mostly related to brush density

Short description of error
When using the Cloth Brush with the exact same brush settings I get completely different results based only on the mesh density.
I think the "fold distance" should be consistent (but giving low quality results) when the mesh isn't high quality.

Also: I haven't found a way to keep the "large fold" of the first low quality mesh on the same (but high quality) mesh. When the mesh gets a higher quality it automatically makes the folds smaller.

(The brush is amazing btw. Thanks for the hard work!)

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Test the brush with Suzanne subdivided by 2 times, then by 3, then by 4. Same brush stroke, size and settings.
The test file already has all 3 tested.

This is the intended behavior due to how cloth constraints are build. When multires is working you should be able to choose the appropriate subdivision level to produce the folds the size you need. We may improve this in the future by adding different properties to control the different types constraints, so you can change the stiffness of the cloth and produce larger folds on higher mesh densities.
