Short description of error
When using grease pencil in a stereo rendering the grease pencil objects are only visible in the left eye. In the viewport it renders both.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

1. Add grease pencil object.
2. Enable Stereoscopy in Output Property tab.
3. Perform a final render.
4. Note that the object only appears in the left eye image.
