Germano Cavalcante (mano-wii) changed the subtype of this task from "Report" to "Bug".

The manual says that Library Orverrides is Experimental, with known issues and many ToDos.
https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/latest/files/linked_libraries/library_overrides.html

I didn't find anything specific about what was explained in the report, and the problem seems to be somewhat important.
So I dare mark it as a bug.

Maybe it could be a task of T73318: Library overrides
