Short description of error
Blender 3D shift+RMB "set 3D cursor" not sensing strokes made with the grease pencil nor strokes made with the annotation tool

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Add a stroke, hover it with your mouse and press your "Set 3D cursor" hotkey combination (by default Shift RMB).

Expected result
When doing just this, but when hovering your cursor/mouse over a mesh object instead, the 3D cursor will be set on the surface of the mesh object right where the cursor/mouse is hovering over that mesh/object. As the grease pencil is rather new, Im guessing making this react with the grease pencil strokes were just something that was forgotten when implementing it.

@Campbell Barton (campbellbarton) @Clément Foucault (fclem) any idea here?

Clément Foucault (fclem) changed the subtype of this task from "Known Issue" to "Bug".Wed, Mar 18, 8:11 PM

This is just because we need to enable the gpencil drawing inside the draw depth routine. It's a bug.
