Importing a FBX will result in very small strange rotation values.
This can happen for all FBX.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
1.Make cube in blender.
2.Export the cube in fbx
3.Import the fbx
4.It has small strange rotation value.

Can confirm. Unsure if this should be considered a bug. Might just be a precision issue in some computation. Might be related to #53908.
