Short description of error
In Workbench wheb playing back animation in viewport the first frame flashes.
This is due to the TAA changes done today rB28c3d952dbde: Fix T74782: WorkBench TAA Artifacts During Painting/Drawing

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Start Blender
  2. Press Space

FYI: My issue happens regardless if I'm in Workbench or default viewport.

Thanks @Timothy Cook (CookItOff) the default viewport (solid mode) is rendered by the workbench engine, so both are effected as they are the same.
