blender audio can't be edited of played properly

Short description of error

Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

General template does not have AV sync enabled by default, so It is possible that you got out of sync.
You can enable AV sync in timeline (not sequencer) in playback options. https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/2.82/editors/timeline.html#playback-popover

Enabling AVsync seems to have fixed the problem for me, thank you for your help.

What kind of edits?

Edits like cutting the audio strip and moving it. But the problem seems fixed now.
