Naming Inconsistency - Frame Selected / View Selected #75107

Short description of error
3D View editor use Frame Selected even View Selected is used in User Preferences

I would say no problem to fix the word in UI, but by this name (Frame Selected) is labeled totally different function in Node editor.

In 2.79 it was consistent with "View Selected" whole UI.
For decade I used just shortcut so I didnt care about name of this, but now - stacked at home - with keyboard without numpad, I just wanted to change shortcut and spent more than hour by looking what is going on here. So if this change was done for properly named function in UI, current state is messing things much more.

Thank you for your attention and sorry for posting it here, but Paper-Cuts are lost in their mixed stories and I didnt find any proper way to post this.
