Short description of error
Trying to install add-on for screen cast keys. It wont show in user preferences.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
went to user preferences tried adding shortcut VUr. says report a bug or remove{F8437329}

@dragon4546 No, there is no official screencast key addon.
You can try some tools for windows e.g. carnackeys or KeyPose (just google them). Also I didn't test them so use them at your own risk
