Pleage go to directory where blender.exe is located, run blender_debug_log.cmd and upload files that will be created.

Can you check if 2.82a is working on your machine? https://www.blender.org/download/

It looks like Blender is using your integrated GPU. I am not sure if this is intentional on your part. If it is, update your intel GPU drivers https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/98909/Intel-HD-Graphics-630

If using integrated GPU was not intentional, you will have to set to use nvidia GPU for blender through nvidia control panel.

@veronicadmello, there are a few ways to do this. One through AMD tools (if you have an AMD card), another through NVidia tools and another through Windows settings.
Here's how you do it by windows settings: https://www.ghacks.net/2018/11/30/assign-graphics-performance-preferences-windows-10-programs/

Can you try following this guide to use nvidia control panel to set GPU for chosen program (Blender) ? http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/kb0/TSB5603RN0000R01.htm

If you think that Nvidia card is used and it still crashes, repeat steps I listed in first comment:

To check if Nvidia card is being used, you can inspect file blender_system_info.txt

OpenGL:
===========================================

renderer:	'Intel(R) HD Graphics 630'

it should list nvidia card here.

no itsintel still

no its***intel*** still

Unfortunately I don't have similar configuration to try myself an help guide you. This is out of our control, and you will have to make it work somehow.

I am just thinking, that perhaps you will have some settings in BIOS to disable intel GPU completely, but I am really just shooting blindly now.
