Short description of error
it works like a charm for preview and image render. However, if I do animation render driver values seem to be stuck on the value for a currently selected frame, not the one being rendered.Desktop 2020.04.17 - 17.15.57.01.mp4

Open blend file,
preview viewport animation
Render animation (took me 2 seconds)
Compare the result

similar to #62817 but I can't use the empty here
tell me if there is another solution also I can use a constraint but bone with a constraint can't be parent to other bone don't know why

The question on how to build the correct set up here is outside the scope of the bug tracker, rather for one of the community websites:

In general the solution for this type of thing is to add a common parent object.

but if it's working in viewport it should also render?
also it hard to fix because you will not know if it's fixed or not unless you render it
