Short description of error
Toggling collections with drag doesn't work in the UI panel when local collections are enabled.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
In the default scene, have two collections and from the UI panel, turn on the local collection and try to toggle both collections with a drag.

Looks like this is the same as #71368 (Can't click-drag visibility when local collections enabled)

  • if Local Collections is OFF, hide_viewport is used with the eye icon [that is a property, can be dragged over]
  • if Local Collections is ON, hide_collection is used with the eye icon [that is an operator, can not be dragged over]

So while this is not impossible to be improved upon, will archive for now...
