Graphics card: Intel(R) HD Graphics 520

Blender Version
Broken: 2.82a

Short description of error
Mesh object becomes impossible to select when Its viewport display is set to wireframe. the object can only be selected only through the outliner or directly on t's origin (that is if the origin point is visible
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  • select the cube object
  • change the display-as option in the viewport display tab of object properties from texture to wireframe
  • unselect the cube
  • try to select the cube again by clicking on an edge( does not work)

No activity for more than a week. As per the tracker policy we assume the issue is gone and can be closed.

Thanks again for the report. If the problem persists please open a new report after updating GPU drivers and testing on file > defaults > load factory settings.
