I originally believed this was an issue with my configuration because I thought I added Shift+R - Repeat manually to my keymap, when it turns out it's a default thing.

To bypass this issue, I switched all the Remesh operators to E, because those are unused.
I now reset the remesh operators back to R and moved Repeat to Shift+Z.

The reason for this is Shift+Z just toggles to Wireframe, and I use Z-Click (from Pie Menu on Drag), which makes that redundant.
Additionally, Undo/Redo are with Z key, and I also added a keymap for Undo/Repeat History to Z as well, so it makes sense to just have the Redo with Z as well.

My keys for those if you're curious, are Ctrl+Alt+Z = Undo History; Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Z = Repeat History.
