This is most likely caused by the clipping distance setting. In the side bar (Press N to show), and reduce the "Clip start" parameter:

Note: As you reduce this value, the distribution of precision throughout the scene changes meaning that if you set this value extremely low (E.G. 0.00001) or to 0, graphical glitches can occur. This is not considered a bug, but a known limitation with the precision of computer graphics.

If that isn't the issue, are you able to provide a .blend file to test with?
