Short description of error
The 3D View: ~VR Scene Inspection add-on is showing under Preferences, you can tick the box, but then the VR Session Menu doesNOT show in the sidebar.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Click Edi / Preferences / Add-ons / Search for "3D View VR Scene Inspection" / Tick the box to active the add-on / Save Preferences... Nothing Happens.
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).
