Worked: (2.82)

Short description of error
The UI hangs up and it locks-up DE too. For me it looks like GPU driver crash. It happens even on less CPU & GPU intensive tasks. I can't even switch terminals. (ctrl+alt+F1 / F2 /F3). I can't get error logs after crash.
The bug happens on both official blender binary and distro packaged version.
2.82 works fine without any problems.
