Short description of error

Skinify Rig doesn't work properly. The following error is returned:

And model looks like this:

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Add Armature , Basic Human (Meta-Rig)
Select Pose Mode
Select Create Tab
Open Skinify Rig Menu
Body Thickness 2, click on Solid Shape and Fill Gaps
Click on Add Shape

Blender will apply a distorted shape and will not allow you back to Pose Mode.
