Hello, it doesn't look like your hardware is supported. I'm having trouble checking your graphics card-- do you mind telling me your CPU so I can check which specific Iris device you're running? Thanks.

Hi it's a inter core 3

That's not enough information to go on -- what is the model number? There are a lot of different i3's.

That's pretty new, actually, so it should be supported. I wonder if the problem is because you're using a Mac? Any chance you could run Blender from a terminal and post the crash message here?

Well that's the thing I tried it on my brothers mac because he has an 2019 macbook air and it worked perfectly so I dont know what's the problem.

Hi is that enough information or you need more ?

Hi is that enough information or you need more ?

Unfortunately without a Mac to test things on I don't think I can be much more help. But if there is ever more information to post -- always post it.

... and please don't upload text documents on this site. You can upload large blocks of text like this:

</> this symbol above, the one labelled "code block"

Maybe if I can open the debug text somehow, I can help, but I think it's probably just unsupported hardware.

EDIT: firefox was just being stupid. I will take a look now.

This doesn't look like a Blender log or terminal output. It says "DaVinci Resolve" a bunch of times and talks about Metal, which is not compatible with Blender.

Can you test if previous version of blender works (like 2.83, 2.82...) to see if the problem has been introduce recently?

Can you also give us the result of running blender using the blender --debug --debug-gpu --debug-gpu-force-workarounds in a terminal?

Can you also provide the system-info.txt that you can save from the help menu?
