did you rebake this file in version 2.83? It is possible that there have been changes in how cache works and simulation needs to be re-baked

yes i re bake in blender 2.83 and blender 2.82a

I can not confirm that baking noise as specified will remove density as can be seen in following image.

Do you want to claim, that there are differences between baking simulation in 2.82 and 2.83?

here i re baking in blender mantaflow simulation
after noise bake in blender 2.83.1

it remove density from simulation also viewport and render but in viewport display color mapping its showing density

but in blender 2.82a its working will

Richard Antalik (ISS) renamed this task from mantaflow noise upres remove density to Mantaflow smoke simulation render looks different in 2.82 and 2.83.Fri, Jul 3, 1:09 AM

@jagsir Khokhar (jagsir) Look of simulation in viewport in 2.83 has been changed - https://wiki.blender.org/wiki/Reference/Release_Notes/2.83/Physics
There is no mention about change in render, so I will confirm on basis of that. This may not be bug as well though
