Short description of error

When in cycles, trying to render with the GPU in openCL doesn't work, resulting in the message in the title of this report or sometimes in a crash.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Rendering anything in cycles openCL is giving me this problem. I already tested with the default blender settings and it still doesn't work. It only happens in 2.9 and GPU, in CPU it works with no problem.

I'm creating this bug report after I closed T78166 thinking the problem was gone but it turns out I just forgot to setup gpu rendering in settings, sorry for this.

Extra notes:

-When I switch to rendered view, it starts loading the kernels and it takes a bit longer than usual until the error appears
-Sometimes it doesn't even load the kernels, it just crashes.
-The highest version I have that it works is from june 19 and the lowest it doesn't is june 22.
-All tests I did where with default settings.
