Support snapping for objects with DispList (Curve, Surface, Metaballs and Text)

Big picture: Like meshes, DispList objects also have surfaces, edges and vertices. So they would be expected to support snapping.

Use cases:

  • Same use as when snapping to meshes.


  • No change in the UI. Basically the snap options will now have an effect on this type of object

  • Support Creation and Cache of BVHs in bvhutils.c
  • Create snapping code in transform_snap_object.c
