Short description of error
I don't know why, but blender crashes on startup.
I launch blender_debug_gpu.cmd and I see this error :

I think I had the error after gpu driver update.

The
nvoglv64.dll
is a part of Nvidia's graphics driver. Could you please check if you have enabled the "Hardware accelerated GPU scheduling" in the Windows' graphics settings as reported in #78377 ? If that is not the issue, please update the graphics driver to the most recent version and check if Blender still crashes.I launch blender_debug_gpu_glitchworkaround.cmd and I see more details :
