System Information
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.18362-SP0 64 Bits
Graphics card: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620 Intel 4.5.0 - Build 26.20.100.8141

Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.83.1, branch: master, commit date: 2020-06-25 09:47, hash: blender/blender@8289fc688b
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Addon Information
Name: Archimesh (1, 2, 2)
Author: Antonio Vazquez (antonioya)

Short description of error
When Display Hints is active, and blender 2.8's units are set to Imperial with length being in feet, the archimesh hints continue to display in meters. They should match the environment's system of measure and selected units (feet, inches, meters, mm, etc).

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Enable archimesh
  2. Create a room
  3. Switch blender to feet
  4. Resize archimesh room's dimensions since they're still in the old measurements
  5. Turn on archimesh's display hints{F8660504}

@antoniov While this is a feature request, this does seem like "Good First Issue"/"Papecut" task. Additionally, judging by the comments on #37230, this should've been at least addressed in the past. Do you want to keep this open?

You can close and we can create a ToDo in the future... now I have no time to work in this.
