System Information
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.20161-SP0 64 Bits (Insider Preview rs_prerelease.200627-1754)
Graphics card: GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER/PCIe/SSE2 (2 identical cards, NVLink is Off) NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 451.48 (Studio Driver, but I've tested all of it on Game Ready v451.48)

Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.83.1, branch: master, commit date: 2020-06-25 09:47, hash: 8289fc688b, also tested version: 2.83.17 Beta and 2.90.3 Alpha
Worked: No

Short description of error
If 2 GPU is On in Cycles Renders Devices (CUDA or OptiX), then Blender crashes (stops working or in some cases - Windows freezes/BSOD).
If 1 GPU is On (1st GPU) - Cycles is working!
If 1 GPU is On (2nd GPU) - Crash. But...

Trying to resolve that problem

  1. GPU Drivers - Latest (Clean installation).
  2. BIOS - Latest.
  3. Chipset Drivers - Latest.
  4. SFC - No corrupted system files.
  5. MdSched - No RAM errors.
  6. Viruses - No.
  7. Testing both GPU in "Solo Mode" (only 1 GPU in each PCI-E slot on motherboard) - Cycles is working in all cases (GPUs working fine)!
  8. OktaneBench 4.00 with 2 GPU is On (or one at a time) - Results is closest to my PC (almost equally).
  9. GPU memory test like OCCT - No errors.
  10. Trying rendering in another software with 2 GPU (in "Solo Mode" and with 2 GPU is On) - Everything is OK.
  11. BIOS setup by default (no overclocking for GPU either).
  12. TdrDdiDelay/TdrDelay- 60 seconds (without these parameters also does not work).
  13. GPU Studio Drivers v442.92 - Both cards won't work.
  14. Trying to change Core Clock and Memory Clock in MSI Afterburner (Like this ) - Didn't help.

My suggestions: Last thing I've remember before Blender is started crashing - is Windows 10 Update :/… Need help! Thanks.

@Teo_Argus I am looking at older reports, is this still an issue? Or have anything changed?

It's been solved for me after disabling "Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling" option in "Graphics settings" (it's "On" by default)...
