System Information
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.18362-SP0 64 Bits
Graphics card: GeForce GTX 770/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 440.97

Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.83.0, branch: master, commit date: 2020-06-03 14:38, hash: blender/blender@211b6c29f7
Worked: 2.79

Short description of error
I have imported an fbx that contains multiple animations.
During import, I have checked "Animations", but in Blender, the animations are not visible.
The resulting .blend file is huge, so the animations should indeed be in there, but they are not visible as they should be.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Import the fbx file and observe how animations are not visible.

What happens now?
Is there a chance that it will be fixed within the next 2 months?
Or can I be happy if it will be fixed within the next 10 years?

"Can anybody suggest a workaround?"

Get one FBX per animation, save one .blend per FBX, and append the actions into the file you want to keep the rig.

Upon looking at the file, all the actions are there and imported properly.
