Worked: Never

Short description of error
After trying to rename a folder with F2 in the file dialog, typing characters doesn't work until you move the mouse off the icon. This is only an issue when viewing files as thumbnails.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Open blender
  2. File -> Open
  3. Change to thumbnail view
  4. Create a new folder somewhere
  5. Click on that new folder
  6. Position the mouse cursor so that it is on top of the folder icon
  7. Press F2 to start the rename
  8. Try to type something (it shouldn't work)
  9. Move your mouse either over the file name or off the folder icon and typing should work again

Note that same issue happens with list view, icon LABEL button still has the 'focus' and gets events, instead of the TEXT one that is being edited...
