Short description of error
GStretch doesn't work with Grease Pencil anymore.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Draw with GPencil
Select Vertices
Loop Tools - GStretch
Vertices don't follow the GPencil
Tool doesn't work properly

I can't replicate this issue on 2.83 or master. Can you give me detailed instructions on how to replicate the issue?
