Short description of error
When the trim tool in the VSE is used in a WAV file, the top menu (view, select, marker, add, strip...etc) disappears.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Switch to a VSE window and shift+A, import a .wav file. Press T to select the trim tool. Trim different segments. Exit (drop the tool) by clicking the Selection tool. Top menu (view, select, marker, add, strip...etc) is obscured by the Trim tool setting options. Default top menu (view, select, marker, add, strip...etc) is not available anymore.
Additional Bug: Switching to another workspace and returning to the VSE workspace tab seems to resolve this issue.
Additional Bug: Undo-ing multiple times after 5 or more trims, crashes blender.
