Delete Branch "%!s(<nil>)"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
UPDATE: Images. The one with streaks is with Cycles & motion blur enabled. The other is with Eevee -- no blur.

So I've been spending time animating this robot character. I have it rigged with several objects that are masked so I can have the character switch his clothing during the animation. However I have been doing some test renders and notice that there are strange motion blur artifacts, especially around the hand area of the rig. I've tried deleting all of the masked objects and that hasn't worked. For some reason it still glitches with these strange motion blur streaks. Is this a bug or have I done something wrong on my end?
In the attached file it's noticeable on frame 206 & 207.

Can you post an image?
Just figured it out. Seems to be because I have been using autosmooth. Turned it off and used edge loops instead, works perfectly fine now.

Does this mean there is no bug then?

I don't really know the procedure, but I have the same issue, and I feel urge to share here
blender version 3.2.2
multiple machines at render with same effect
Cycles+animated character+subdivision+auto smooth normals toggled+motion blur enabled=strange spiky looking artifacts,
like random vertices offsetting from their intended positions causing straight lines on rendered image
Added subscriber: @EAW
@Vigore it is a known limitation that auto smooth causes these artifacts with motion blur.
