Blender Version

efc2edc47f
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)
Short description of error
[Please fill out a short description of the error here]
We have since i think Blender 2.90 a hotkey to switch to the next mesh object in Edit and Sculpt mode. The hotkey is D. But it does nothing in the current builds.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
[Please describe the exact steps needed to reproduce the issue]
[Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible)]
Open Blender, duplicate the standard cube.
Enter Edit Mode.
Press D
Nothing happens.
Using another hotkey did not help. It is no overriding problem from what i can say. I tried with shift ctrl alt f, a key that does not exist in the keymap.

You have to enable the operator in Preferences:
It is a bit messy that these are in the keymap even if they are not enabled (has been discussed in #81617 (Experimental Features: Some features still (partially) available (hotkeys, menu entries) even if feature is disabled (e.g. sculpting hotkey "D" to switch meshes)), will merge these reports)
