Worked:it use to work on 2.8 and 2.9 version of blender but now it doesnt work on any of them

after i install belnder and open blender their is a black screen saying ECESSPTION__ACESS_VIOLATION
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).
open blender than the error will pop up

Please check if this is the same problem as #81823.
If suddenly all blender versions stopped working on your machine, it is very unlikely this is bug in Blender and we can't do anything about it.
