Rain Rig is still missing some of her textures. I tried to report the missing files but blender did not report missing files. After I found them I tried telling blender to find the files but it acted as if the files have already been found, but she is still missing some textures. Also my rig would disappear entirely without a trace. I tried finding those files but they were completely gone. So I thought downloading the rig once more would help but everything has been the same.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
*Downloaded Rain rig.
*Started to do basic walking cycle animation.
*Tried to render but files were missing.
*Reported missing files.
*Missing files were reported.
*Missing files found but not all of them
*Reported missing files again.
*Missing files found but were not applied to rig.
*Reported missing files, but blender did not report missing files.
*Tried finding the missing files again but blender acted as if files were found, but rig was still missing textures.Rain_Missing Texture.blend

Where did you get the rig from?
I have downloaded from https://cloud.blender.org/p/characters/5f04a68bb5f1a2612f7b29da and get the following in the zip
rain_v2_3.blendmapsfolder containing the texturesAlso do not get any missing files reported
Which files does blender report missing for you?

Hello! I downloaded the rig from blender clouds characters, and I tried again using your link and the same problem happened.
The files that you got are exactly the same as the ones I got but the rig is missing her skin texture and her shoe texture. I tried to report missing files but blender did not report any missing files.
I provided a screen shot and this is how it looks like to me. I tried reporting missing files but blender did not report any missing files. Is there any way to fix this?

Yea so I opened the rain_v2_3.blend file as it comes downloaded and I still get the same problem. I did try to report the missing files and one thing was reported which was something called <startup.blend> was not found. So I tired to find it using the find missing files option but blender could not find anything. Also quick note, I just realized that some FK controllers on the rig have disappeared on her arms both left and right.

Hello! It's been about five days and I have tried all that I could. But now I feel like its gotten worse. I deleted the other rig in hopes of downloading the rig again and finding it to be working out right but nothing has work. The rig is still not working, it's still missing its textures even when I tried finding them and it's FK controls on it's left and right arms are gone. Is there anyway to fix this? Thank you.

@jesuscard2000 You're using Blender 2.80.0, the file was made for Blender 2.90. This causes problems because some nodes have changed between versions. Blender 2.80.0 actually warns you about this when you open the file. Blender provides backward compatibility (older files can be opened in newer versions), but not forward compatibility (newer files may not open properly in older versions).
