Description

You can make data-blocks be an asset, but you can not "unmake" that.

The operation needs a better name.

Addressed for D9717, see rBf1940bdab714.

Note that another way to "unmake" the asset is by deleting an asset in the Asset Browser, "Current File" repository. The data-block is kept, only its asset data is removed.
