System Information
Operating system: Dell XP5 CORE i7-7700 3.60Ghz
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 8GB GDDR5

Blender Version
Broken: I can't even get in to blender. It the most resent version of blender. So 2.90.1.
Worked: Nothing so far.

Short description of error
A little black box pops up and then does some code then disappears.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

I have reinstalled it and when i try to open blender it pops up with a black box and then disappears.

Thanks for the report. This seems like a graphic driver issue. Please double-check if the drivers are up to date and the hardware meets Blender's requirements: https://www.blender.org/download/requirements

Yes, it was working before. Then it just started not working.

Please check if the workaround described in #78799 allows you to start Blender. If that is the case the problem may be related to similar reports in #72098.

If it doesn't help, please open Blender's installation directory and double click on the blender_debug_gpu.cmd. This will start Blender in debug mode and create log files. Try to make Blender crash again. Once it crashes the Windows Explorer should open and show you up to two files, a debug log and the system information. Add them to your bug report by clicking on the upload button as shown in the screenshot below or via drag and drop. Please also upload the crash log located in C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Local\Temp\[project name].crash.txt (or simply type %TEMP% into the path bar of the Windows Explorer).
