The previous 2.90.1 version of Blender works perfectly
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
At launch

Might be the same as #83014

Thanks for the report. This GPU is below the minimum requirements for Blender, so there is no longer support for it. https://www.blender.org/download/requirements/
It is TeraScale 2 according to this website.
Installing the latest graphics driver sometimes helps to make such GPUs work, see here for more information. https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/dev/troubleshooting/gpu/index.html
If that doesn't help, you can go back to using Blender 2.90.1: https://www.blender.org/download/previous-versions/
@forceengine Thanks for the heads up! The crash stack trace you posted in #83014 is identical to the one here, so if you had made #83014 I’d merge this one into that one. But as the reporter didn’t upload the stack trace, I’ll handle it separately.

Hi
I can run 2.9.0 when install 2.9.1, they will crash at launch.
please check
My laptop specification:
Thank
Travis
@Travis.Designer According to this website, your GPU is TeraScale 3, which is also unsupported.

The AMD Radeon R5 235 is from the [AMD Radeon R5 200 series ]] and has the old TeraScale 2 micro-architecture. The https:*www.blender.org/download/requirements/ for Blender 2.8x and 2.9x state that [ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_AMD_graphics_processing_units#Features_Overview | GCN first generation or later is required for running Blender.
Unfortunately, this means that your GPU is below the minimum requirements and we don't provide support for it. Graphics glitches and even crashes due to unpatched bugs in the graphics driver can occur on unsupported hardware. There is an issue with older graphics cards and their drivers, that Blender 2.92.0 will have an workaround for, enable by default (see D9667). You can either try to start Blender 2.91.0 from the terminal with the
--debug-gpu-force-workarounds
or with theblender_debug_gpu_glitchworkaround.cmd
in Blender's installation directory. If this doesn't help and also Blender 2.92 doesn't start you will have to use a previous release of Blender with lower requirements.Hi Robert
It work with 2.9.2
Thank Develop Team
Hi everyone,
I tried the current 2.92Alpha version (blender-2.92.0-af316d276144-windows64.zip) and it works with my old AMD Radeon R5 235 graphic card without debug options.
Great thanks to developers.
