Hi Omar, I can create the translation files needed however the is currently an issue with RTL languages that require a fix to our HTML theme.
So here is what would happen, people can translate the strings and I will work on fixing the RTL issue.

I have Foreked the Blender Documentation and began Translating the "getting Start Section".

Yes, anyway can you like to create the files required and I will do the translation, and after they fix the RT issue, I will commit the changes I made.
anyway, do I have like the Authentication to push any changes to the main respiratory.
