Unfortunately, this means that your GPU is below the minimum requirements and we don't provide support for it. Graphics glitches and even crashes due to unpatched bugs in the graphics driver can occur on unsupported hardware. Sometimes it is possible to work around these issues by installing a newer graphics driver version, if one exists, despite the hardware is not being officially supported. If this doesn't help you will have to use a previous release of Blender with lower requirements.

Please create a new report in case the issue is also happening on a system that fulfills the minimum requirements and uses a current graphics driver.

But Blender 2.8 and LTS 2.83 Runs fine.

Can you please explain it a bit for me?

@iftikhar The status of a graphics card being unsupported doesn't mean that it immediately stops working. It means that developers will not test on this hardware and won't support workarounds for the issues with the graphics drivers. Since these old graphics cards are considered legacy hardware by the vendors and don't receive update for graphics drivers anymore, it becomes increasingly likely that following releases of Blender won't work properly on it anymore. Bugs in the graphics driver are not getting fixed, for example the Radeon HD 7570M hasn't received a WHQL driver update since 2015.

I have the same system, unfortunately there aren't new drivers available for this gpu. You can however force 2.91 to run by using the cmd batch file "blender_debug_gpu_glitchworkaround", but materials won't render properly on the viewport. So just use previous blender versions, 2.90 runs just fine
