When using Automerge of Grease Pencil, the previous strokes will disappear.

1.Turn on Grease Pencil Automerge.
2.Draw strokes multiple times.
3.Connect different endpoints.

This is not a bug. When you join two strokes, if there is some section to trim, the stroke is trimmed. Also, if the distance after trim between extremes is very small, the stroke is set as cyclic.

Actually, the threshold for these limits is hardcoded with values that we have tested. If the stroke is very small, these values could be too much and this is what you see. We are still discussing if we must add these values to the UI, or this is increase UI complexity for using only in corner cases.
