System Information
Operating system: Windows 10 64 bits
Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 5800 series
Blender 2.91.0
Broken: the application starts and closes immediately
Short description of error
Hi,
Blender 2.91 fails to launch. I have no popup, no information. The Blender's prompt window pops and disappears instantly without any other notices.
My workstation is pretty old but I haven't that issue with previous Blender versions (2.83, 2.90)
Are there any command lines I can type to at least getting a log file for the dev team?
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

The [AMD Radeon 5000 series ]] has the old TeraScale 2 micro-architecture. The https:*www.blender.org/download/requirements/ for Blender 2.8x and 2.9x state that [ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_AMD_graphics_processing_units#Features_Overview | GCN first generation or later is required for running Blender.
Unfortunately, this means that your GPU is below the minimum requirements and we don't provide support for it. Graphics glitches and even crashes due to unpatched bugs in the graphics driver can occur on unsupported hardware. You may have to use a previous release of Blender with lower requirements.
Please create a new report in case the issue is also happening on a system that fulfills the minimum requirements and uses a current graphics driver.
Thanks for the fast answer.
I was already planning to upgrade my workstation, I have now a very good reason to do it sooner :)
