Description

Big picture: In a studio pipeline, several tools are used to create th production. To have a PDF exporter allows to import grease pencil drawings and also the PDF can be used for printing comics or create storyboards.

Use cases:

• Import in different softwares that don't support other formats.
• Print drawings.
• Print Storyboards.

Design:

The video above shows how works the tool. The test was done using a Windows version of libharu lib compiled inside blender.

Engineer plan:

• To do the export, a new C++ class will be added to the IO export module for grease pencil.
• The export needs the open source libharulibrary. http://libharu.org/
