Markdown renderer should add rel="nofolow" to the links in comments.

btw, regarding that Google URL for spammers, maybe an idea for comments: Use noindex as well on new comments and remove it after maybe an hour or a day, just in case of spam?
I think with nofollow, it stops Google and others from punishing us if someone drops say a bazillion spam links, but they maybe can still be indexed if you aren't putting a noindex on new comments. At least that's my understanding of it
