Materials do not appear in Viewport Shading #83521

System Information
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.18362-SP0 64 Bits
Graphics card: Radeon RX 580 Series ATI Technologies Inc. 4.5.14757 Core Profile Context 20.11.3 27.20.14501.24001

Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.91.0, branch: master, commit date: 2020-11-25 08:34, hash: 0f45cab862
I used all versions of blender from 2.80 to 2.93 available. And in all versions this error exists.
I've updated all the drivers for my computer and video card. This bug remains.

Short description of error
I open the blender and place any object.
When I select Viewport Shading the materials just don't appear. The object is completely transparent.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
I put any object in the scene. After selecting the window shading where I can choose which materials to place on the object, the materials do not appear. If I change color among other things it stays the same. The object appears to be reflecting images of the standard blender landscape. When I go back to the Layout window, another error appears of the same nature. But it only happens when I select Viewport Shading in the options.
(I put a link here to a video I recorded so you can better understand what happens)

Thanks in advance. I've tried everything and nothing works.

Please downgrade your graphics driver version to one before 20.11.2. The version 20.11.2 and 20.11.3 are known to cause issues.
